We collaborated with Hot Winter to create a wonderful hot sauce. The Bulgarian Carrot features a pepper pickled ginger, as well as house made pineapple wine vinegar. Expect a Spicier sauce than our usual Bulgarian Carrot, with less melon and more citrus. The ginger is moderate, but rings on the finish.
