This vintage  features a Santa Claus with a wind-up knob on the side that makes his arm wave up and down. Santa wears his traditional outfit and has on green mittens.

The back of the pin is marked "1988 Hallmark Cards, Inc."

The wind-up mechanism on Santa's arm still works. There are some dirt and/or paint rubs on the white areas of the plastic, but it's otherwise in nice vintage condition.
